If you are interested in pursuing the Five College Queer, Trans, and Sexuality Studies Certificate please complete this online form and click 'submit' at the bottom of the page. The certificate is available to undergraduate students enrolled at Amherst College, Hampshire College, Mount Holyoke College, Smith College and the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Students pursuing the certificate are encouraged to consult regularly with a campus advisor to the Queer, Trans, and Sexuality Studies program.
