Past and present mechanisms of global tectonics, including mountain building, ocean-basin structure, continental drift, mantle processes, structural geology and petrology of Earth's crust, and the tectonic history of selected key regions of the globe. Students interested in this course without a LAB should enroll in GEOSCI 535.

Pre Req: GEO-SCI 321 and 431 Prerequisites: GEO-SCI 321 and 431, or instructor consent.

Multiple required components--lab and/or discussion section. To register, submit requests for all components simultaneously.
Permission is required for interchange registration during the add/drop period only.
