Yiddish 101 - Elem Yiddish I

Introduction to reading, writing, and speaking Yiddish as a step toward understanding the Eastern European Jewish cultural legacy. For beginning students with no prior knowledge of the language.

The class will be held in the Sholem Aleichem classroom on the lower level of the Yiddish Book Center (in the Education wing). The Yiddish Book Center is on the campus of Hampshire College.
