Basic training techniques. The methodology and psychology of training horses. Includes halter breaking, lunging, driving, breaking the horse to ride.
This course is open to Equine Management students only PreReq:STOCKSCH 161 Prerequisites: STOCKSCH 161 or STOCKSCH 197E and two semesters of Equitation lessons.
Additional lab fees are associated with this section.
Permission is required for interchange registration during all registration periods.
